This class is so fun! Total body weight.  Combine punches and kicks, with squats and lunges. It will be a sweaty one!

This class is suitable for all trimesters, listen to your regressions and progressions. Listen to your body and don’t push to exertion. Trimester 3 we recommend body weighted work.
