Post Natal CORE, FLOOR, GLUTES

This workout is focusing on the entire trunk of the body; abdominals, glutes, pelvic floor & lower back strength.  So grab a range of equipment (weights, resistance bands, kettlebell) and be prepared for anything!

This class is not suitable for those on the INSIDE OUT plan members. The intensity of the session is to high.
