This workout is focusing on the entire trunk of the body; abdominals, glutes, pelvic floor & lower back strength.  No equipment is needed for this session, total bodyweight.

This class is suitable for all trimesters, listen to your regressions and progressions. Listen to your body and don’t push to exertion. Trimester 3 we recommend body weighted work.
