Pre Natal 50/50

This class is a 50/50 mix of cardio and strength.  So grab a range of equipment (weights, resistance bands, kettlebell) and be prepared for anything!

This class is suitable for all trimesters, listen to your regressions and progressions. Listen to your body and don’t push to exertion. Trimester 3 we recommend body weighted work.
