3000 Step Count Session With Rach

This class is not to be missed! Suitable for EVERYONE. Throw your trainers on and move those feet with us, you don’t need an exercise step. Just step!  We get about 3k – 4k steps in 30 mins, and most important; we have a laugh!

Your step count sesh will be available by 6pm every Thursday…a new session every week!
