Belly & Beyond CORE & GLUTES

This workout is focusing on the entire trunk of the body; abdominals, glutes, pelvic floor & lower back strength.  So grab a range of equipment (weights, resistance bands, kettlebell) and be prepared for anything!  This class is strictly for our Beyond members, the intensity is too high for before this level.
